Back Link: As a Button

By default the back link script creates a hyperlink. If you prefer you can create a back button instead, set the type property of your backlink object to button, like this:

<SCRIPT TYPE="text/javascript">
<!--
var gb = new backlink();
gb.type = "button";
gb.write();
//-->
</SCRIPT>

which gives us this button:

Be sure to set the type property before calling the write() method.

By default the button type of back link writes out <FORM> and </FORM> tags. If you use this type of back link inside a form then set the form property to false before calling write():

<SCRIPT TYPE="text/javascript">
<!--
var gb = new backlink();
gb.type = "button";
gb.form=false;
gb.write();
//-->
</SCRIPT>
